Job description
Cleveland Clinic Health System in Weston, FL is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct nursing care for cardiac patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Post‑Op area. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, care plan development, discharge planning, and patient education.
Responsibilities include assisting caregivers, updating care plans, documenting patient status, administering treatments, following orders, coordinating discharge needs, and educating families.
