Job description

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >70 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Diagnostic cardiac cath lab and interventional cardiac cath lab skills are required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Electrophysiology lab, interventional radiology, pre/post-procedure, and special procedures are preferred.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Please request RTO up front if possible.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Special procedures include cardiac cath and PCI, STEMI-designated hospital, vascular procedures, pacemaker and ICD implants, and complete pre/post care of all outpatients. Uses Cupid and MacLab Hemodynamics.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: Traveler will participate in weekend call rotation. Call requirement: 12-15 depending on staffing/vacations/etc. Call required: equitable number of call days with permanent staff. Travelers may be required to participate in holiday rotation.
Floating Requirements: Floats within scope to other departments as needed when volumes are low, including pre-op, PACU, POST, IVR, and OR; the clinician will help with tasks rather than fully staff those departments.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
