Location: Multiple Locations – New Jersey
Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary: ~$425,000/year + Productivity Bonus + Partnership Track

Practice Highlights:
Independent practice with strong affiliations to both tertiary care hospitals and local community hospitals.
Opportunity for directorship positions .
Faculty role in an ACGME-accredited program , with active involvement in teaching.
Step into a busy, well-established EP practice , supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic.
Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures:
AICD/PPM implantations
Atrial fibrillation ablations
LAA closure devices
Other cutting-edge electrophysiology procedures
Comprehensive cardiovascular services:
Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart
Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility
Full support teams to assist with patient care.
Employed model with:
Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA
Productivity-based incentives
Partnership track
Institutional support for academic involvement and research , with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.
Minimum Requirements:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology .
Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Valid New Jersey Medical License .
Expertise in:
Managing arrhythmias
Performing ablations
Implanting cardiac devices
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to high-quality patient care, innovation, and outcomes.
