Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for Lahey Hospital & Medical Center's Cardiac ICU/Critical Care Unit. Lead a team of approximately 64 FTEs in a high-acuity environment, overseeing daily operations, practice development, policy communication, and performance evaluation.
Under the CNO/ACNO and Nursing Directors, you will coordinate patient care, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain licensure requirements while promoting professional growth and adherence to standards.
