Job description
Nicklaushealth is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager in the Cardiac Critical Care unit in Miami, FL. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff performance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care.
The position requires a BSN, Florida RN license, BLS, and 3–5 years of RN experience, with pediatric and charge nurse background preferred. Day and night shifts, on-site hospital environment.
