Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiac patients. The RN will monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics, manage ventilators and vasoactive drips, and respond rapidly to emergencies. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary care, performing thorough assessments, administering medications, and educating patients and families. RNs will precept new staff, support quality and safety initiatives, and uphold Methodist’s mission-driven, compassionate culture while documenting accurately in the EMR and adhering to all regulatory standards.
