Job description
Tucson Medical Center's 12-bed Cardiac ICU is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate patient care in a high-acuity environment. The role requires clinical judgment, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and strict adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessment, care planning, rounds, and timely physician communication. Licensure (Arizona RN), BLS, ACLS/CCRN preferred; sign-on bonus of $10,000 for 2+ years' experience.
