Job description
Mercy in Missouri is seeking a RN Supervisor for the Cardiac ICU. The role supports planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care, and serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients.
The supervisor may perform as a staff nurse and assumes delegated managerial duties from the manager. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, BLS certification, and at least 2 years
