Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity
Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned and physician-led anesthesia group, is seeking cardiac anesthesiologists to join our growing team at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA.
Compensation: 1099 compensation $13,125 per week
Practice Environment:
10 ORs + 2 OBs | 427 beds | L2 6 OR plus 1 OB Trauma | Starts 7 am to 5 pm and/or 7 am to 7 pm
Average 7,388 cases + 1,055 births annually | general, ortho, urology, hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds | + OB (100 deliveries a month)
Typical day when not on call runs 7 am to 5 pm, call 1x or 2x a week/post call off; Backup call – response call within 30 minutes
Provide direct anesthesia services to center patients; on average, the clinician will be expected to work 100% clinical
Manage incidents or complications
Communicate with the on-site medical director on questions regarding safety and policy and procedure protocols
Assist and collaborate with your peers efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth patient care and safety
