Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Cardiac Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our acute inpatient unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient care for cardiac and medical-surgical patients, overseeing assessments, care planning, and evidence-based interventions. You will support and mentor nursing staff, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include patient and family education, quality and safety initiatives, documentation, and assisting with staffing and workflow to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
