Job description
Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care. The RN will utilize the nursing process in assessments, planning of care, and performance of interventions.
The position requires active RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred). Collaboration with physicians and clinicians is essential, with additional duties possible within the role.
