Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse to join a MedSurg Cardiac unit. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, plan and evaluate individualized care, and collaborate with patients and families.
The role requires working full-time nights on a 21-bed unit, with PRN shifts on weekends and holidays as scheduled, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
