Job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader for our Cardiac Neuro Stepdown unit. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care for complex cardiac and neurological patients. You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support evidence-based practice, quality, and safety initiatives.
