Job description
Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC, seeks a Nurse Manager for the Progressive Cardiac Unit (PCU). This full-time, day-shift position oversees nursing operations, staff development and patient care delivery in alignment with mission and standards.
The ideal candidate has a BSN, at least 3 years as an RN with 2 years in a leadership role, SC RN licensure and national certification; CPR current. Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, performance, safety, and service excellence.
