Job description
Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions across a care continuum. The RN will lead within the Nursing Practice Model, delegate tasks by skill level, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
