Job description
Texas Health Resources in Dallas seeks an RN II for the Progressive Care Unit. You will deliver patient care using the Nursing Process, assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate outcomes in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements include a Nursing Diploma and Associate degree; BSN preferred; 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency; BCLS and ACLS within stated timelines. Opportunities for growth and multidisciplinary collaboration are available.
