Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Nurse for our Cardiac Rehab and Coumadin Clinic in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you’ll provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from cardiac events while managing anticoagulation therapy. Responsibilities include cardiac and anticoagulation assessments, telemetry and symptom monitoring, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on lifestyle changes, medication safety, and risk reduction.
