Job description
Lee Health is seeking a compassionate Cardiac Rehab Nurse to support patients recovering from cardiac events and procedures. In this role, you will assess patients, develop individualized exercise and education plans, monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate with cardiologists, therapists, and other team members to deliver safe, evidence-based care while promoting lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and risk-factor reduction.
