Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network in Gilbertsville is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care in the Cardiac Rehab program. You will apply nursing processes, monitor EKGs, and utilize adaptive exercise therapy and disease management tools in alignment with department policies.
Responsibilities include supervising rehab sessions, tracking patient progress, communicating with the care team, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
