Job description
Melissa Memorial Hospital in Holyoke, CO seeks a Cardiac Rehab Specialist to deliver care based on assessment, analysis and education. You will collaborate with a care team to create and adjust exercise prescriptions and monitor patient responses in a busy hospital setting.
