Job description

Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY seeks an experienced Operating Room Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to provide direct patient care during cardiac operations and to collaborate with the surgical team for optimal outcomes.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with responsibilities including assisting surgeons, performing RN duties when not in RNFA, supporting peers, and taking on charge nurse, preceptor, and committee duties.
