Job description
Texas Health Resources is seeking an RN II for the Progressive Care Unit at the Dallas campus. Full-time, days 7:00 am–7:00 pm with rotating weekends. Requires nursing diploma and RN licensure with 1 year of nursing experience or completion of RN residency.
TX nurse practice act compliance and BCLS/ACLS within required timeframes apply. Strong telemetry experience preferred. Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with strong leadership and opportunities for growth in a resource-rich unit
