Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Adult and pediatric experience required.

Special Requests: Permanent staff must wait 1 full year before returning as a traveler. Time off requires manager approval. You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility.

Unit Details: Routine scans (complete/limited), 2D measurements, strain imaging, TEE, and stress echo. Typically sees 8 outpatients or 6-8 inpatients per day. Uses Philips Cv-x and 7C equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: Call coverage in the hospital 6 nights per month, with weekend call every 6-7 weeks. Holidays are considered part of the weekend/call rotation.

Floating Requirements: Floating from the clinic to the hospital.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification RCS
