Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• AS completion preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: ECG interpretive skills include identification and differentiation of arrhythmia and knowledge of routine cardiovascular pharmacological agents. Routine General Ultrasound Vascular experience, required.

Preferred Credentials: Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in an allied health field preferred.

Unit Details: Unit work includes routine general ultrasound, arterial studies, venous duplex, and carotids. The assignment involves approximately 6-8 echocardiograms per day, primarily outpatients with a few inpatients daily.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift times may be 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Weekend shifts are generally not scheduled; holidays are required as needed. No call.

Floating Requirements: May float to other Aspirus locations such as Merrill, Wausau, Stanley, and Langlade.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certifications RCS, RVT, RVS
