Job description
Lee Health seeks a Nurse Navigator for the Cardiothoracic Surgery department at HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. This role coordinates care for patients from diagnosis through discharge and acts as a liaison among patients, staff, and referring physicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality treatment.
The position is full-time with a day shift. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Nursing, Florida RN licensure, and at least 3 years of cardiac surgery experience.
