Job description
Lutheran Medical Group in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Physician Assistant Nocturnist to join the Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular team. This role provides 100% inpatient care across ICU and step-down units, working alongside surgeons and APPs to manage complex cardiac and vascular cases.
The 7-on/7-off 7PM-7AM schedule supports work-life balance while offering opportunities for professional growth, hospital-based procedures, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
