Seeking a manager to coordinate patient care, oversee personnel management, and maintain equipment in a healthcare setting. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred
RN license required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience with supervisory roles are preferred
Key Duties
Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
Develop and adhere to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets
Ensure delivery of patient care according to established plans and policies
Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication
Support operational efficiency and departmental goals through performance management
