Job description
Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry unit. This full-time night shift role (7:00 pm–7:00 am) is based at 1304 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104, within a Magnet facility and Level I Trauma Center with a 25-bed telemetry unit.
Responsibilities include delivering nursing care via the Nursing Process, conducting assessments, planning and implementing care, and ensuring patient safety during inter-hospital transfers.
