Job description

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a Cardiac Thoracic ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for thoracic and post‑surgical patients in a dynamic 24‑bed unit. The role emphasizes critical thinking, SBAR communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The 12‑hour shifts offer self-scheduling and nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1.
