Alteas Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver specialty Pulmonology and cardiovascular care across Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care sites in the Tinley Park area. You will work with physicians, facility staff, and care teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered services.
The role offers clinical autonomy, daily travel within the assigned territory, and a daytime schedule Monday through Friday with no regular weekends or on-call
