Job description
CHRISTUS Children's in Texas seeks a leader to direct clinical programs and promote quality services for the community and patients. You will develop and implement policies, monitor patient outcomes, and ensure adherence to standards.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business Administration, a Master's degree preferred, plus 3–5 years of clinical patient care and at least 3 years in healthcare management. Texas RN license is required.
