About the Facility The hospital is part of an established health system and maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support inpatient cardiovascular disease management on an on-site basis. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians providing 24-hour call-based cardiovascular coverage. APP support and clinical resources are in place to facilitate effective care delivery throughout each assigned coverage period.
About the Facility Location The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to varied interests. Coastal attractions include surfing, fishing, paddling, and access to nearby beaches and waterways, while the 14.5-mile Baldwin Trail provides options for hiking and biking. A live music and arts scene, including recurring monthly art walks, museums, galleries, and a zoo with botanical gardens, complements the outdoor offerings and provides accessible leisure opportunities throughout the assignment period.
About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient cardiovascular disease management on a 24-hour call basis, structured as one full week per month from Monday at 7:00 AM through the following Monday at 7:00 AM, on an on-site basis. A patient volume of 15-30 patients per day is anticipated throughout the coverage period. APP support is available to assist with clinical operations during each assigned coverage period. Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases is required for consideration.
