Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to preventing, diagnosing, and treating heart conditions, performing inpatient and outpatient professional cardiovascular medical and administrative services.
Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington State;
Board Certified or Board Eligible;
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority;
ACLS or BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
Employer: CHVI Professional Corporation; Locations: multiple locations in Tacoma, WA and Olympia, WA. Salary: $607,950.00 per year. The pay scale for similar roles is $499,999.50- $999,999.00/year.
FTE: 1.0 Shift: _day Schedule: M-F
