Job description
Endeavor Health’s Center for Cardiac Health–Heart Failure seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient-centered care for high-acuity patients under a supervising physician. You will autonomously manage histories, exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans in an outpatient setting at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL.
Qualified candidates hold IL APN/PA licensure, a master’s degree in a cardiology specialty, and BLS/CPR certification, with prior cardiology experience preferred.
