Job description
Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to provide advanced care for heart failure and complex cardiovascular conditions in an Hospital Outpatient Department setting.
You will evaluate patients, develop and manage treatment plans, order diagnostics, optimize GDMT, and collaborate with cardiology and surgical teams to coordinate care and reduce readmissions.
