Cardiology Medical Assistant - ASAP Start | Decatur, TX
Award-winning, private practice seeking full-time Certified Medical Assistant (BLS, CMA certifications required to be active) with 1+ year of Cardiology practice experience, and experience with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs to join our team in Decatur, TX for 40 - 50 patients per day. ASAP start with immediate benefit s (full list below)
Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr | based on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8a - 5p | 40 hours per week
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* 2 years of experience as Certified Medical Assistant.
* Minimum 1+ year in Cardiology practice.
* Active BLS Certification
* Active CMA Certification
* Experienced with EKGs, Holter monitors, and manual cuffs
* Dependable and capable of being on time.
* Positive and professional attitude.
* Fast-paced, motivated, and adept.
Job Summary:
* Fast-paced, high patient volume between 40 - 50 patients per day
* Room patients
* Record history, intake, document vital signs in EMR system
* EKGs
* Holter monitors
* Manual cuffs
* Communicate effectively to provide exceptional patient service across diverse populations.
