Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Cardiology specialist for our Norwich, CT practice. In this role, you will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing disease management. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating inpatient and outpatient care, and educating patients and families on heart health and prevention.
