Locum Electrophysiologist
Position Type: Locum
Specialty: Physician - Electrophysiology
Location: Silverdale, WA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, some weekends
Position Details: Full-time coverage; FTE 1.0; EP service and clinic visits; backfilling for vacant position
Setting: Outpatient clinic, some inpatient, some weekend call
Responsibilities: EP procedures, clinic visits, new consults, follow-ups, transfer of care patients
Required Procedures: AFib ablations, device implants (high and low voltage), SVT ablations
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: MA, APP, Device RN's
On-Call/Weekends: Some weekends; 24-hour weekend call covering General Cardiology Call
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Highly Preferred or Board Eligible Required
- WA license Highly Preferred or IMLC with LOQ uploaded Required
- Electrophysiology Fellowship Required
- ACLS, BLS, DEA Required
