Advanced Heart Failure locum in Indianapolis, IN-6/01 & Ongoing need-Inpatient coverage-Indiana or IMLC accepted-$330 Hr

06-01 and Ongoing need
Average 12 patients per shift
30 total beds of coverage
Average 60 day credentialing wait
This is for inpatient rounding at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital North. Both facilities sit on North campus and are connected locations. APP support. Hospitalist service will admit majority of patients and Heart Failure service is on consult.
24/7 in house hospitalist and critical care coverage. Ideally looking for someone with availability of a minimum of 2 weeks per month. Open to candidates who may be interested in locum to perm. No transplant at this facility. We do VADs. Ideal subspeciality support.
