Position Details
Seeking an Interventional Cardiologist
Full-service clinical and interventional cardiology practice
Blend of clinic, hospital rounding, and cath lab procedures
Exceptional Support Structure
True 1:1 physician support model: Dedicated Medical Assistant & Dedicated executive secretary
Six advanced practice providers supporting inpatient and outpatient care
Dedicated night and weekend NP coverage to minimize non-emergent interruptions
Call Schedule
Current call: 1:4 rotation
Strong NP triage system and inpatient support infrastructure
On-site cardiothoracic surgery backup for complex cases
Research Opportunities
Maintain academic involvement without sacrificing compensation.

Compensation & Benefits
$650,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonuses, sign-on bonus, or fellowship stipend available.
Partnership opportunity as early as Year 2 with complete referral autonomy and an entrepreneurial compensation model.
Exceptional earning potential of $1.1M-$1.5M+ annually as a partner.
