Job description
A hospital in the Cottonwood, AZ area needs a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, covering three date blocks: September 28-October 2, October 5-9, and October 12-16. Pay is $440.80/hr base, $2,660 per 24-hour call, and $380/hr callback. Schedule is 3x8-hour day shifts, 7am-5pm. Caseload is approximately 4-5 procedures and 3-4 consults per day, 13 patients per day, patient population 55+. Coverage includes all hospital work, floor consults, and incoming STEMI cases. An APP typically supports the schedule, though coverage may shift during holiday periods. EMR is Cerner.
