Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
Location: Farmington, MO
Schedule: Monday Friday, typically daytime hours
Patient Contact Hours: 40 per week
Setting: Primarily outpatient with hospital-based procedures as required
Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $650,000 annually
