Facility is looking for Interventional Cardiology locum support for the below dates.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Shifts per month: 12-15
Dates of coverage:
10/30(am)-11/2(am)
11/13(am)-11/16(am)
11/28(am)-12/2(am)
12/21(am)-12/28(am)
12/29(am)-1/1(am)
Setting: Interventional Cardiology/Rounding for vacations
Duties: Rounding when covering for IC FTE vacations
FTE: Per Diem
Required Procedures: Coronary Angiogram, Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Stent Placement
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff:
Reason for Coverage: Gap in IC coverage and vacation coverage
Patients per day: 10
Submission Requirements Board Certification: BC Interventional Cardiology REQUIRED
State License: WA Highly Preferred will accept IMCL, LOQ must be uploaded Required
Interventional Cardiology Fellowship REQUIRED
Malpractice Clean Highly Preferred
