Opportunity Highlights Schedule: 5 days per month, Monday-Friday; coverage authorized through February 2027Job Setting: InpatientEMR System: EpicCall Details: In-House Call and STEMI coverage; call response time 1 hour for in-house, less than 30 minutes for Emergency/STEMI; call ratio 100% in-house (from staff or hospitalists); average 20-25 calls per 24-hour period; 15-20 patients seen; no admissions unless STEMI (all admissions handled by hospitalist service)Support Staff Provided: 7 RNs, 7 MAs, 6 PA/NPs, 3 Office StaffCredentialing: 60-90 days; expedited credentialing may be possible with the right candidate Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified requiredCertifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS requiredLicensure: Active Arkansas license required (IMLC not accepted)Fellowship: RequiredAdditional Requirements: Clean malpractice history and NPDB required About VISTA Staffing A ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Client and Talent 10-Year Diamond Award winner, VISTA has 30 years of experience optimizing continuity of care for hospitals, medical practices and government agencies across the US.
