Interventional Cardiologist (MD/DO) Locum Tenens Opportunity Gettysburg, Pennsylvania WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers a blend of procedural, consultative, and STEMI call coverage at a community hospital with a well-established cardiovascular program.

Assignment Length: 3 6 Months with Potential Extension
Setting: Hospital-Based

Ongoing Coverage Need
Schedule Weekday Coverage Monday Friday
Clinical Shift: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
STEMI Call Coverage Monday Friday: 4:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekends: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
Combination of in-house and hotel call coverage
Note: Call coverage includes two hours of gratis call time.

Inpatient Cardiology Consultations
STEMI Response and Intervention
General Interventional Cardiology Coverage
Patient Volume Approximately 15 Consults Per Day
Approximately 3 Procedures Per Day
Requirements Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Active Pennsylvania License Preferred
Pennsylvania License or IMLC Accepted
DEA Required
Strong Interventional Cardiology Experience Preferred
