Locums - Kearney, Nebraska, Interventional Cardiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)
Clinical Role
Coverage December 14-27, 2026, ending at 7:00 am on December 28Interventional Cardiology coverageInpatient rounding, procedures, clinic, and night callMust be able to interpret echocardiogramsSTEMI call coverage required Schedule & Coverage
Coverage runs 7:00 am-7:00 amMonday-Friday inpatient roundingSaturday and Sunday inpatient roundingClinic: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm when not covering inpatient serviceProvider may cover clinic while also taking callWhen not on call, provider will round and perform procedures Practice Setting & Case Mix
Weekday inpatient census: approximately 8-10 patientsWeekend inpatient census: approximately 6-7 patientsAdd-on cardiac catheterization procedures, primarily inpatientApproximately 8-9 add-on catheterization procedures per weekAdditional cardiac services include EKGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitoring, peripheral vascular studies, nuclear medicine, and cardioversions Support & Systems
APP and Hospitalist supportEpic EMR Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology requiredNebraska license or active IMLC highly preferredEchocardiogram interpretation required What's great about Kearney, Nebraska?
