Woodland Heights Medical Center & Advanced Cardiology and Electrophysiology , located in the heart of Lufkin, TX, invites you to become a vital part of our cardiology medical community. This independent/aligned group is focused on helping patients improve and maintain their overall health while empowering an understanding of diagnosis and wellness plans.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Invasive/Interventional Cardiologist to join our aligned cardiology team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in a collaborative and
patient-centered environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for excellence in clinical care, a commitment to patient advocacy, and a desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of our practice.
Details:
2 Cath labs (one newly upgraded )
Work a 1/2 day on Friday to support work life balance
Practice call: 1:3
APP support in clinic and inpatient services
1 clinic near 2 local hospitals
In-clinic based lab, vascular ultrasound, echocardiography, PET/CT
In-house cardiovascular surgeon
Opportunity to preceptor medical students from local medical school (optional)
Must be U.S. board certified or board eligible
Experienced candidates and current fellows welcome to apply
2 hours from Houston, TX
Partnership track opportunity - Private-practice model with hospital support
