Job description
An established, independent, physician-owned multi-specialty medical group is seeking physicians to join its growing team across the greater Dickson County and Nashville-area communities.
The organization includes 40+ physicians and advanced practice providers across primary care, urgent care, and numerous specialty areas, offering physicians professional autonomy within a collaborative practice environment supported by modern technology and established clinical infrastructure.

Gastroenterology
Family Medicine
Internal Medicine
The group offers a physician-owned practice model, established patient volume, Epic EHR, centralized scheduling, diagnostic services, MRI/CT, 3D mammography, and strong administrative support.
Target Start: January 2027
Locations: Dickson, Fairview & White Bluff, TN
Practice Model: Physician-owned and independent
Compensation: Guaranteed salary during the first year, with potential additional income as the practice grows
