Interventional Cardiology opportunity in Covington, Louisiana. Join a growing, physician-led health system offering a $575,000-$700,000 base salary plus bonuses, loan repayment, recruitment incentives, and a light 1:5 shared call schedule. Base salary range of $575,000-$700,000. Production bonus opportunities. Quality bonus opportunities. Recruitment incentive bonus available. Up to $60,000 in student loan reimbursement over three years. Relocation assistance up to $10,000. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. Opportunity to perform both Interventional and Structural Heart procedures. Join a growing, physician-led, not-for-profit health system. Practice in a newly renovated outpatient cardiology center. 281-bed regional medical center. Two fully equipped cardiac catheterization laboratories. Dedicated structural heart clinic. Four echocardiography rooms. Two TEE and stress testing suites. Fifteen pre- and post-procedure recovery rooms. Dedicated cardiovascular pre-admission testing services. Established and growing cardiovascular program. Strong referral network supported by nearly 100 primary care physicians. Collaborative cardiology team consisting of three Interventional Cardiologists, three General Cardiologists, one Electrophysiologist, and three Advanced Practice Providers. Additional call support through a partner cardiology group. Opportunity to help shape and expand structural heart services. 1:5 Call Ratio.
