Job description
Schedule: Full-Time Coverage (Can Be Split Between Two Providers)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Normal, IL. The ideal candidate must have experience performing TEEs and be available for weekday coverage, including overnight call and potential weekend call.
Schedule:
Monday Friday: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM (Daytime Coverage)
Weeknight Call: 5:30 PM 7:30 AM
Weekend Call: Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:30 AM (as needed)
Full-time coverage may be split between two providers.
Requirements:
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Interventional Cardiology
Active Illinois Medical License Required
Active Illinois DEA and Controlled Substance (CS) License Required
BLS (AHA) Certification Required
ACLS (AHA) Certification Required
Must be able to perform TEEs
Availability matching the requested coverage schedule
Minimum of two completed professional references
